This is from a sports site, so it's casting the Cowboys as a bad poster boy instead of a role model is just another sign of the times. As an example that knows both sports and business, Mark Cuban would be my choice.

- What worked in the past still works (Hello, Microsoft)
- Listening to the fans too much (things may change faster than they realize - they don't know everything that's going on)
