Belichik is struggling. Brady is 7-4. That is hardly struggling. He has some down games scattered through but overall, he is doing what he was signed to do. Which is get the Bucs to the playoffs, something they never did under Winston. And he has them in there as of now.

Bellichek is one of the best defensive minds we have had in the history of this league. This is high year in year out, they are always competitive.
