Lions Patricia Defensive Plan vs Belichick Defensive Plan

Lions' Patricia spent 13 years with Belichick. I would imagine they share a lot in common when it comes to defensive game planning. It will be interesting to see how Belichick comes out defensively since Patricia's defensive plan didn't work last week. Granted, NE has better players on defense.

I haven't seen much of the Lions under Patricia so I don't know if they run similar schemes.
