It wouldn't shock me if any of them go top 20. There's no way to predict in a normal year and this is anything but.

It's been reported that Arizona really likes Kizer, for example.

The local Cardinals insider says they really want Adams or Hooker and hope to get Kizer in the 2nd.

If we don't love what's available at 28, I could see the Cardinals (and a few other teams) wanting to jump back into the 1st round to get their QB and the valuable 5th year option.

That is not what that means. It means he's more than likely going to be a 1st Rd pick. That list has at least 3 others who are absolutely not consensus top 22.
