Austin- just leave, almost every time the ball is thrown to you bad things happen.

ware- you will go down as a cowboys legend, and a sure thing as far as a hofer....but it's time to go elsewhere. You are not the same guy, and you are just eating cap space, just to eat it.

Witten- same as ware, legend, hofer ....but the 2 yard outs on 3rd n long are holding us back, especially if we keep Romo. Take a pay cut, and maybe backup duties then maybe you can stay.

MO- it's oscans job

Romo- we need to bring/draft another qb in here. I'm a big Romo supporter, but he just takes the air out of the balloon, way to often. I give up.....keep him for another year maybe, and he needs to take pay cut. You don't pay over 100 mil, for a guy to chuck ints late in the game, not take chances deep with dez, hesitant, and drinks n dunks like he's a bus driver

In Austin's defense, its not his fault that he gets open and the QB makes poor throws to him. He's doing his job by beating his man on the routes.

Ware- Jarius Wynn was more productive than him this year.

Witten- one of my all time favorites but he's so slow on his out routes now a linebacker could make a sandwich and still stop him before the sticks.

Hatcher- don't resign him Jerry, don't do it. He played great at the start of the year but his ego took over and all he cared about after the stinger was getting that big deal this off-season.

Miles- Waste

Ernie Sims- there's a reason he's been on half a dozen teams and was a top 10 pick, BUST!!

Agreed on beating his CB on routes and both times they threw behind him.

keep Mo cuz he's on his rookie contract and it's too early to give up on him.

ware is finished but if its going to kill the cap to cut him then let him play another year so the dead money won't be as bad.

I never want to see Austin again.

Austin will take a pay cut to stay with Tony.

Ware will take a big restructure regardless what he says..

Tony will redo his deal because this was designed to be redone several times over its lifetime..

And drafting a QB sounds great to me.

But I think next year makes more sense to me.

Orton's contract will be up..

we'll know better how well Romo is recovered.

Heath and Austin would top my list. There are several DL who filled in this year that won't be back. There's some others, like BW Webb who didn't belong on the field but are young enough to possibly earn a spot next year and be a reserve. Sims and Carter were bad most of the season. I'd like an upgrade over Carter as starter but he's decent enough to backup.

Witten out? Are you kidding me? As for Ware and Austin I say yes, and I would even add Orton to the list.

This would not be my list.

Lets hear it then.

Mine would be.
Ware
Austin
Those are the only two that really really need to go before next season. Witten and romo can stick around one more year.

On the hot seat... Brandon Carr

I won't overreact and put UdFAs on the list like Heath. Or Webb. But those positions need to be upgraded.

That was Orton... don't drink quite so much during the game.

It's also not the QB's fault when he gets a case of the alligator arms and also pulls up on routes and also doesn't go all out when he knows he's not the #1 option and on several occasions has no situational awareness at the end of games like leisurely strolling back to the huddle when the clock is ticking.

In the QB's defense...

Like that's any sweat off his back.
Oh- I get more of my money up-front? I'll sacrifice for you... where do I sign?

Romo has to go? lol.

even if they drafted the future and romo stinks next year at least romo can mentor the player. i know tony will be the perfect team player when that time comes.

romo comes back next year and has another really good year that may or may not end in him breaking his back carrying all players/coaches/GM/owner

1. Austin - price doesn't match production
2. Tanner - what's his talent and purpose again?
3. Sims - Holloman, Wilbur are younger and better
4. Parnell/costa/Weems - don't stop getting better depth
5. Every DL SIGNED to fill in for starters except Hayden and Selvie
