The haters who want to see the cowboys lose kept screaming that the cowboys had to cut back on DM carries.not because they give a crap about his health. but because he is flat out balling this year. and our coaches, and Jerry and Stephen Jones were foolish enough to listen to them. DM had only 19 carries last night., and picked up 141 yards.should have given him that ball 35 times. that slows down that blitz, which means Romo may not have gotten hurt.the people who hate the cowboys got what they wanted. and what they wanted was the foolish cowboys to stop running Murry, so they can lose. and the people in charge were foolish enough to do it. and it may cost this team bad before the season is over. last night's play calling was just stupid and dumb.

Sorry, but I can't get behind you on this one. ESPN (They're national right?) was LOVING us all night last night, heck all week for that matter.

LOL no. Murray simply can't carry the ball 500 times this year. What the Cowboys need is a reliable second back. The reason we lost was Romo's failure to identify a blitz and act accordingly.

The doubters in the media posited that you couldn't trust the Cowboys to stick with the run, and that they had not proven that they would stick with it when things got difficult. The Skins game proved them all right.

The reasons we lost were more numerous than just Romo not identifying blitz packages.

The OP is correct in that the playcalling was suspect for the first time all year.

So.

Jerry and Stephen Jones watched the team reel off six straight wins primarily due to Demarco Murray and the offensive line, watched some ESPN, and told Scott Linehan to quit calling run plays?

wow.

Blitzes make your running backs (plural) fumble and both primary receivers drop key passes during during drives and scoring opportunities? Noted.

I didn't say it was the only reason, but its a pretty big one.

Pretty much every aspect of the team let us down last night. Fumbles, dropped balls, missed tackles, blown assignments, poor coaching, etc...

Just one of those areas doesn't blow it and the Cowboys win.

Putting this loss on Romo's back is lazy thinking.

So thats why they lost, funny I thought it was all the missed tackles and the failed blitzed pickups.
