Tony can really take a step forward or another step backward in this game.

Philly usually bounces back well after a loss and especially at the end of the year. I would expect their A game sunday.

In their previous meeting, DeShaun Jackson had a pretty good day, as did Romo. But the Cowboys have a healthy Newman now. His size alone should help in messing with the timing on Jackson's routes. And you can bet after drops Jackson had last week that Andy Reid will be looking to get him back his confidence.

Dallas needs to run in this game against a line it has had success in the past against. Romo is mesurably better when the Cowboys can run. (As with pretty much any QB)

Tashard Choice may very well be the most important player this week.

Tony Romo's Litmus test started in December.

A strong Playoff run would go a long way in eliminating the perception that he isn't a December/January Quarterback.

Sure it is. For now. Just like the Giants game was prior to the game. The moment he did well in it though, and the team lost the next week, the Giants game was no longer a big test, it was just Romo being lucky I guess.

Apparently that game wasn't big and didn't happen in December now. So even if he wins Sunday he will recieve no credit from the haters. They just won't say anything until the next time he loses and then they'll comeback chirping about how he never wins any big games.

It's typical.
