I really thought the E-Gals should have traded Lito when they signed Samuel last off season.

Maybe because he was never really that great...

no, I think he is a great corner just injury prone. He's not playing well because he hasn't gotten any burn and of course how dare he question the almighty eagles franchise.

He isn't great and he never has been great. You all remember all the highlights you see on BSPN but you don't get to see all the times he got beat and how many times he missed a tackle.

I live in jersey and I'm stuck watching slot of eagles games and I hate the eagles but I do think he is an above average corner.

He really isn't.

If he were, he wouldn't be getting buried on the depth chart by average players.`

maybe that's because they're trying to groom his replacement knowing he won't be there next year.

I hope we get him just so we no longer have to play against him.

He can replace pacman.

Jenkins and Scandrick are both better than him so he would be the #4 CB here. No point in bringing him here at the coin he is going to cost. I would also prefer to use that spot for a developmental CB.

Remember all these trade rumors last offseason:

Lito, Justice, and their #2 to Arizona for Larry Fitzgerald

Lito to Washington for their #2 and Shawn Springs

Lito to New England for their #2

Lito and a draft pick to Kansas City for Jared Allen

Lito to Tampa for their #2 and Michael Clayton(wasn't one of their DEs also involved?)

Lito to New Orleans for their #2 and Pro Bowl LT Jamaal Brown

Lito to Arizona for Anquone(sp) Boldin

With the exception of NE, ANY of these trades would have been highway robbery. With Fitz or Q, the Eagles would be leading the NFCE. Jared Allen could have given their pass rush a HUGE upgrade. With an extra #2, they could have gotten a good SS. Jamaal Williams would have been an easy, long-term replacement for Thomas/Runyan next year.

Glad none of this went down!

If he were a "Great" CB, they wouldn't be replacing him. He's still young.
