It's all about Texas. The team from Lubbock is outstanding.

They just showed a stat... The Lubbock team has two lefty SPs. Out of 25 outs in 1 1/2 games, they have struck out 23. Unreal.

I find this way more entertaining than MLB. That's kind of sad.

and there's no 23 year old pitchers like that team from New York had a few years ago.:eek:

I agree - that is great baseball to watch. It's baseball at it's purist and a lot of fun to watch.

Actually I saw the replay of the game over here in Germany last weekend. It was the first baseball game I cared to watch for more than 10 minutes. These boys put on quite a show. I really liked it.

Congrats to Georgia, I didn't think there was any way Texas would not win it. I didn't get to see any games after Texas first two so I don't know if the pitch counts got them or what.

The pitch count definitely cost them ,they had to use their best to make it to finals and still almost pulled it out, it was a great tournament. They should make it 2 of 3 for the final series.
