I don't even remember. I didn't know much about Wade because I didn't watch his teams. I just remember being sorta glad Parcells was gone.

Since I'm merely a fan, I tend to give the people in the biz the BOTD, but I guess Wade is truly what he is: a halfway decent defensive coach who cannot get the job done as a H/C for whatever reason. His player-friendly approach was a breath of fresh air at first but the whole "players must be accountable to each other so I don't have to rant & rave" theory has gotten old. Without players on the roster with the fire to put their foot up another's *** Dallas needs a coach who will...

That's all a matter of perspective. I didn't want him and for two years I have been repeatedly blasted for being so critical of him.

But, as far as "no sense" in having Wade again next year, the only perspective that counts here is Jerry Jones'. And to fire Wade would be to admit his own mistake and would almost require him to concede some power to a new coach. The only way I see Jerry firing Wade is if he names Jason Garrett the new head coach so they can, "maintain continuity" within the organization.
