I hate it when that happens. I got the ticket and still miss most of the first series becuse I'm watching Vrabel, who just ended the NE game with a pick, lying on the ground for 5 minutes. Then the 3 kneeldowns. What the ****
I must be in a sweet spot... Over the last few weeks I've seen a lot of posts about missing the games and parts of games. With the exception of the Titans game, I've been able to watch all of them, from start to finish.
I had NFL Superfan (which DTV gave to me free for the rest of the year) so I caught the whole start of the game on one of the game mix channels. I was able to switch between game mix one and two to see when the Saints game was over so I could switch it over.
They're coming to install my HD on Tuesday so I will catch the remaining Cowboys games in HD. I love me some DTV.
I'm usually insanely bored by the games that are playing when the cowboys aren't on the field. I wasn't bored at all today though. I kept it on the Red Zone Channel the whole time and caught every score as it happened. was pretty sweet!
I missed a big run by Barber and a Crayton catch to start the game because the Lions were losing to the Pats. Who cares? I hate the NFL's broadcast rules.
In Austin, the saints game was stopped and switched. I think that mistake is on your local station, because if our stations can switch, surely the others can.
When that happens try watching the ticket channel that has the Dallas game. When I saw the Saints game was going to run over, I checked and it was on ticket. I actually watched the entire game there.
I'm not sure if someone has to call DTV or what, but I've noticed that DTV will start broadcasting the game when the local channel's first game runs long. Or it has for me, atleast.
