Local TV station just spoke w/ Nick Eatman re: delayed travel

He said the reported "delayed travels" aren't substantiated. Said that specifically before the Philthy game, the plane was delayed due to weather. I don't know if it's the party line, but I worked with Nick while i was an intern with DC.com. I don't think he would sugar coat it to appease a medium size media outlet.

I can't believe so much is being made over flight delays.

The FAA still controls when a chartered flight can take off.

from what i hear when i listen to the Lunch Break he does the opposite of sugar coating, he goes way the other way. he's got my award for the most pessimistic reporter on Dallascowboys.com

he almost talks more about players we need to get rid of then we do on this forum.

Could it be because the information is not that pertinent? Personally speaking, I did not find the fact the flights were delayed as serious as the other allegations. The uproar was hardly contained to the flight issue but moreso with Jones' overruling of Wade Phillips and the revelations concerning Romo's behavior.

I wonder why there has been little extended to dismiss any of those more serious concerns.

I like listening to Nick tho, he keeps it real and doesn't sugarcoat things. He's close to the team and alot more believable then others reporting on the team. The "Lunch break show" is great...
