What do you think the leaders of this team are thinking when they see the Eagles going all in to win, while the Cowboys just sit on their hands and say, "we like our guys"? After Jerry say they weren't interested in Suh, it must be very dishearting to sit back and watch what's happening. I think if they get another game or two behind Philly it could get really ugly in the locker room.

Maybe they think they can relax a little bit, because it doesn't look like the FO is really interested in doing too much with the roster?

I dont think they could care less at all. All you guys have done is complain about every single FA signed by another team and most dont even work out.

If Jones signs OBJ I think they will be pretty happy about it.

If they could care less then they don't care about winning.

Jerrys toy....play with it how he wants. If a player don’t like it I guess he can move on down the road.
However I see no mass exodus

1st off, there are no leaders on this team.

2nd off all, I really doubt they care tbh. They only care about getting paid. I don’t blame them, but I feel like winning should also be a priority. Sadly, it is not. And the culture has set them up to think this way. Do not forget that Micah even mentioned that there’s too many people seeking the sack (the recognition and fame) instead of sticking to their assignments. It’s clear where the priorities of this team lies.

He was the top guy promoting the mindset. Having sack bets.

I think locker rooms smell bad.

And why do they call them "locker rooms"? There are a lot more to them than just a room full of lockers. In baseball they are call club houses. That would be a better name.

Anyway, those are my locker room thoughts. I have some pretty controversial opinions of dining rooms.

I would like to read them!

I personally didn't like how Kearse, Parsons, and Lawrence all brought up how it's about trusting the guys. They clearly don't trust our tackles at all

Who are you cutting from the Locker Room to get Suh? Bohanna, Osa, Gallimore, Basham? You think think the locker room thinks those guys suck?

Doesn't matter if they are leaders or not, the Cowboys players need to worry about their own play and not concern themselves with Philadelphia.

There are enough issues with our team right now that need fixed.

I know us hard core fans are frustrated.
These guys bust their tails.
Can't imagine they are happy.
But hey with the circus atmosphere maybe it's all cool.

You don't want to get me started on kitchens.

Definitely on the side of naughty.
