logistical question

I'm not sure if this is where this thread belongs but if it doesn't mods please move to the correct place.

My girlfriend and I were talking about cowboys players and she asked me where do all these street free agents live while they play for the cowboys? do they rent/buy does Jerry hook them up with a place to live? Do they crash with other teammates? Does anyone know? Also second part of the question is, are players that are under contract to the cowboys required or encouraged to live in the city or DFW metroplex? Sorry if this sounds like a silly question but after she brought it up it got me thinking as well.

I'm guessing they try and room with someone.

I know Brown roomed with Josh Brent. Some others that have been around awhile like Ernie Sims probably got an Apt. since he was only on a 1 year contract.
