I was reading a Dallas Morning News artical about Jason Garrett-Norv Turner-Ernie Zampese ties when I laughed so hard I spilled my coffee.

The main photo shows Zampese and Aikman on the practice field....and Aikman has his baseball cap on backwards.

I've never been one to make a big deal about Tony and a stupid ball cap, but this just cracked me up for obvious reasons.
