Seeing that rubbish made me want this game even more. I want this so bad.

I said it a few days ago, I just cannot understand why that team and their fans are getting under my skin so much. I have a seething hatred of them all where normally I do not even care. I do not even respect them.

Because like me you remember the 1970's when our only real rivals were the Commanders, Rams, and Vikings for most of the decade. I have never gotten over my hate of the Vikings from that time.

I always respected Bud Grant and their defense.

Now that little annoying dwarf Tarkenton? I wanted him crippled every time he dropped back to pass. Little chihuahua QBs that ran around while Harvey Martin, Randy White and Ed Jones would chase them used to fill me up with rage. There were a lot more QBs to hate from that era. Tarkenton, Bradshaw, Jaworski, Theismann (the most), even Phil Simms later on, I wanted them all destroyed.
