A friend of mine in Denver bought himself some Elvis tickets for a show in Memphis, and then he drove all the way across the country to see him, only to discover that he had bought counterfeit tickets and the show was sold out. He never got to see him perform. Hopefully he still had a nice road trip. Man, what a bummer.

But, yeah, Elvis was one of a kind. If I could go back in time and see him perform, I would.
