What are you talking about? Robinson ended up retiring (we made the right move) and Ladoucier (I can't spell french names) did just fine. A Long Snapper is the least of the team's concerns.

Dallas will continue to work with Ladouceur, they may bring in some other player as well but they will not spend millions to bring in a long snapper.

And smart...He quit and walked away from football in mid-season. If we would have kept him, we would have been in a even worse situation than even you think.

Deep snapper may be on the list, but it ain't no way near the top.

The snapping was fine with the French guy except for the one pooch play he snapped it to Romo instead of Cundiff. No harm no foul.

Was there one failed kick that lost a game, due to a bad snap this last year? Would one game difference have gotten the Cowboys into the playoffs? When your plan is to play conservative, close games, you really want your kicking trio to be settled.

And remember all that 'We want to develop young talent' mularky? 'Condo is so good he would get snapped up by other teams' talk? They apparantly wanted to save money, and the first half of the season was non stop bad snapping on punts and kicks. It was better, but still erratic later in the season. They got what they paid for......

Our kicking woes were caused by kickers who couldn't kick. Longsnappers did ok. We're talking about Cortez and Cundiff, ok? When you say whiff, you've said it all. I don't know what happened to Cundiff...pretty dependable, injured...recovers(?), and then he's a crapshoot. Robinson was like 37 years old and we need(ed) to develop someone anyway. Just have to stay at it.
