Click on browse
Find where you have the images on your computer.
once you have that opened.
Click on the Host it button on that site.
Once the image is hosted there will be a link that says direct link to image.
Copy that address

If you found the image on a website....
RIGHT click on the image.
If you are using Firefox webrowser choose the copy image LOCATION.
If you are using internet explorer after right clicking on the image choose Properties.
When that property window comes up, highlite and copy the Address (url)

No matter if you uploaded to that one site, or if you copied the address off the web...
