in passing situations. Didn't Roy used to play Nickel LB? Combine Watkins strength against the pass, our LB's having some problems against the pass, Parrish's experience at both safety positions, and Roy's strength closer to the line of scrimmage, and it only makes sense to move Roy down in passing situations (and possibly goal line).

Jury probably still out on Watkins, although showing a little something here and there.......

He laid a dang good lick on Vick early on..........

Roy should play a quasi LB roll in obvious passing downs. Something like our "4-0" defense under Wandstedt in '92. We need to do a better job of hiding his weaknesses.

Roy is the best cover safety the boys have.....it sucks but he is.

If you are going to replace someone.......usually you start at the bottom.

That's like saying "Bledsoe's explosiveness as an open field runner"

After 3+ years of Bill Parcells here, I don't see why anyone would think anything like this would ever happen.

I'm thinking that tonight - after last week - is going to wake Parcells up to the fact that our defense has some serious problems that must be corrected. Surely there will be some changes made.

We could but Ronnie Lott, Darren Woodson, With Deion and Champ back there and they would get burned considering a flat tire has more pressure than the current defense.
