Unfortunately, there is some deal about the semesters at Ohio State and how BC is not in a position where he can miss the school to be there.

I don't know the rules or facts well enough, but from what I have seen, it appears that BC won't be at this minicamp because of his school obligations and the NFL rules.

He will be at everything else the rest of the way, though. And hopefully he will be at the next 10 training camps with the Boys as well.
