He has been an really effective weapon for us so far this year.

i'm confident mcbriar will bail out the 'boys when they need a booming punt. he's working on a Pro Bowl berth.

Josh Miller has been the best punter in the NFL so far though.

That's what we were saying after week 1.

While i'm pleased with the way Mcbriar is punting, one thing that stands out to me on that stat line is that we're tied for third for the most punts.

Less punty more scorey.

Agreed. But I don't think that he can do much better....not only is he kicking them long, he is kicking them quite high as well. ST's need to get the receiver down quicker.

Oh he can do better. And he will get better.


He can angle his kicks better, and he could still use some work downing them inside the 10.

He's still probably the best punter in the NFC though.

His net is still good. Our punt coverage hasn't been bad. Hasn't been great either, but it hasn't been bad.
