Of the 10 seniors we projected to be top picks this year, six were first-round selections (Russell Okung, Tim Tebow, Trent Williams, Jermaine Gresham, Jerry Hughes, C.J. Spiller), two were second-rounders (Terrence Cody, Taylor Mays), one was a third-rounder (Colt McCoy) and one was a sixth-rounder (Greg Hardy).
Here are 10 prospects for 2011, excluding underclassmen who might declare such as Alabama WR Julio Jones, Alabama RB Mark Ingram, LSU CB Patrick Peterson, North Carolina DE Robert Quinn and Arkansas QB Ryan Mallett:
Prince Amukamara, CB, Nebraska (6-1, 200): Had 54 tackles and five interceptions in his first season as a starter.
Gabe Carimi, OT, Wisconsin (6-7, 325): First-team All-Big Ten selection.
Bruce Carter, OLB, North Carolina (6-3, 225): Had 61 tackles, seven for losses, last season.
Greg Jones, ILB, Michigan State: Top returning senior was a first-team All-American after making 154 tackles.
Jake Locker, QB, Washington (6-3, 226): Passed for 2,800 yards and 21 TDs while completing 58 percent of his throws.
Von Miller, OLB, Texas A&M (6-2, 240): Was the nation's sacks leader with 17.
DeMarco Murray, RB, Oklahoma (6-0, 214): Returned for final season after career-low 705 yards; has 2,471 yards and 35 TDs in three seasons.
Mike Pouncey, C, Florida (6-5, 320): His twin brother a first-round pick this year; Mike will move from RG to C this season.
Evan Royster, RB, Penn State (6-1, 213): Rushed for 1,169 yards and six touchdowns on 205 carries.
Luke Stocker, TE, Tennessee (6-6, 240): Had 29 catches for 389 yards and five TDs last season.
