I expect the Cowboys offense to be sharper. When you think about Lamb missing training camp, most offensive starters not playing a down in ps, it’s actually understandable that the Cowboys offense was effective but not really sharp in Cleveland. Our offense against last year’s #1 defense does deserve credit for what they did accomplish.

This week against a decent but not great saints defense, I expect the Cowboys offense to be better.
Agree. For the first game and the first time the entire team, offense and defense played together. They did fairly well. Get the timing down, and the OL gels, the run game becomes better. Make any adjustments if needed.

It will be a tight game early and the cowboys will pull away near the end of the third quarter.

Want to see more Dowdle Sunday I have a feeling he could break out , he’s the only legit breakaway threat on the ground for Dallas .
i'd like to see dallas establish one of their secondary receivers. see what we've got, build some confidence, and give defenses something to think about beyond ceedee. especially against a db group as talented as theirs.

Think we're overstating the Saints' talent. They have pretty poor OL and DL and few real weapons. The McVay system can present some challenges and the Saints' speed at WR can stretch you, but the speed and athleticism Dallas has at LB mitigates a lot of the efficiency of the short passing game.

If Dallas gets a lead early, I think it turns into a blowout, but a high-scoring close game wouldn't surprise me.

Agree 100 % . You have to go beyond CD and Cooks . Would love to see Jalen Brooks targeted more .

I heard Derek Carr could become the first QB to lose to all 32 teams if he loses to the Cowboys on Sunday. The last time we faced him he beat us on Thanksgiving a few years ago.

I mentioned this in a different thread. Watch for Derek Carr's arm punts on 3rd and long. He did it to us when he was with the Raiders and drew multiple PI calls. He did it again to Carolina.

I suspect we'll be severely tested at home to put forth the great effort we had vs. Cleveland.

New Orleans is a highly capable team that will demand the best our Cowboys have to offer.

Dak may possibly be required to dutifully earn the level of play to deserve his huge payday.

Derek Carr can be a pretty tough customer at QB, at times. Let's hope our DBs are up to it.

I'm not worried but the game could be closer than what it should be. Gonna say 27-21 Dallas.

I think the story of this game is gonna be the Cowboys receivers and Tight Ends. Glad Ferguson is playing. CD will be thrown to a lot. Our elite WR and better Tight End will make the difference

I don't think the Saints defense are as good as the Browns because Browns defense won all drives except 2. But their offense is better - Carr can get you two TDs.

Still definitely not a team you can blow over. They're good.
I agree with all of this, and am expecting a heavy dose of CeeDee Lamb this week.
