Looking at our current CB measurements

Porter fits but I'm not sure moving up is realistic at this point.

I’m just so upset that Witherspoon has risen to the point that he’s way out of Dallas’ reach. I watched him all year and wanted him in Dallas.

Anyway, I’ll probably say it another dozen times or so before the draft… but he’s the guy I wanted all along. He’s a fantastic player.

My disappointment is palpable.

I feel you. He‘s the guy I wanted from the jump. Just not meant to be. Some really good corners in the class. If this team wants one that has a real possibility to start, they can’t wait for one. If they don‘t take a CB in round 1, they better be prepared to possibly move up to get one in round 2.

Anthony Brown
5'11 192 4.33 40, 31.75 Length

Kelvin Joseph
6/1 192 4.33 40, 31.78 Length

Profiles are almost identical-this is the profile for our #2 corner. Elite speed with 32 inch arms.

Diggs
6'2 195 Unknown 40, 32.75 Length

Nashon Wright
6'4 183 4.49 40, 33.00 Length

The so called big Cornerback, with crazy length.

Daron Bland
6'0 197 4.46 40, 35 Length-no not a misprint
Jourdin Lewis
5'10 195 , 4.55 40, 31.75 Length

This shows why Bland would be best in the slot, with that crazy length in the middle of the field.
Bland is still your #2 CB, we just need a guy to play boundry when we are in subpackages. Bland will play outside when we have a 4-3-4 on the field. I dont anyone we draft will bump Bland from #2 in 2022. With our spending habits in FA, we would be lucky to get even a playable CB

I think Bland was moved, cause they had no other capable option. Not sure with Quinn feels like that is his best position as he was real good in the slot replacing the injured Lewis. No doubt he is 1 of the starters along with Diggs either inside or outside. However, they still need a starting caliber corner as the depth showed they couldn't handle when called upon.

Luckily if they keep him in the slot, boundry is much easier to play. Makes it alot easier to get quality play from a rookie

I think the perfect scenario would be Bland starts on the outside, kicks inside against the pass and the draftee plays on the outside in the sub-packages.
