If we beat the Pats, we're more than likely going into the bye with a 7-0 record. Wow. However, we better come out of the bye on our game because we've got at Philly, at the Giants, and then the Skins at home. Those will be HUGE and just imagine how much bigger they'll be if we're undefeated going into them. Whew. It's gonna be a heck of stretch.

I see no more than 4 losses total.

Possibilities are: Pats, Giants, Skins, Eagles - the last three are hopefully worst case scenario's within division - just split series. We could sweep one or two division rivals and trade off a loss to another team.

5 losses total if we hit a skid somewhere
6 losses total if we hit our old friend "the end of season slump"

I think 12-4 is the one though

I don't know, I see this team going 11-5...the Eagles sometimes and Giants always seem to split the wins and the Skins game will be a good game in their house. Also Detroit...if they throw throw throw like they did last year it might be tuff....butttt the boys will have Tank in by then plus Terry Glenn so it should be a a tough battle to beat the Boys

Heres a question the Boys play Carlina again. How come the Cowboys always play in there house, not here?

you are talking virtually .500 ball from this point on. I dont see that happening. even with mondays game we have

1) a qb playing better than any other qb in the nfc
2) top 3 defense
3) roy hasnt gotten beaten deep since week 1
4) good offensive play callin.
5) best receiving group in the nfc
6) and glenn, tank johnson, newman, ellis, and now henry havent all been on the field and healthy yet.

This team could get much better.

The team is 5-0 right now. In order to go 11-5, they'd have to go 6-5 the next 11 games. Do you really see that happening?

As another said, 12-4 is probably the number, but 13-3 and even 14-2 is within the realm of possibility.

Man I have a bad memory about our last 5-1 start with Quincy.

I was at a sports bar... we had just won our 5th game.... another fan I met at the bar said he saw us going 10-6... I said, are you kidding? Do you really see us going .500? Are you nuts? He then agreed and said, yeah you are right... we will finish better.... LOL

We all know how that turned out...

Romo's problems Monday night were ALMOST ALL HIS....most interceptions he was not under duress...

I noticed that too. It was just a horrible game from a guy who has shown he can do much better. I'll just chalk it up to an aberration. We need a good game out of Romo on Sunday. Oh to knock that smug look off the faces of the Cheatriots.

Well I'm just basing it off of the fact the boys always seem to split the wins with NFCE rivals and the dreaded end of the year slump that seems to haunt this team...but like I said the boys will have Tank and Terry Gleen back as well as a 100% Newman so I could see a 13-3 record to be honest

but which remaining team do you dread playing (and fear losing to) the most?

I know this seems to be a hard concept here lately but fans looking at the upcoming schedule has NO bearing on the outcomes of the games...im tired of people telling other fans to take it one game at a time...we are fans not players....

if you want to take it one game at a time then fine...whatever...your a fan not a player but whatever gets you through the week...but there is no reason to tell other fans how to enjoy the team...so enough with telling people to quit looking ahead or take it one game at a time!

I agree 100%. This is as bad as fans who believe that their pre-game rituals actually have an impact on the outcome of a game. I admit I used to be one of them until I really started thinking there are thousands of fans of a team who have their rituals and some adhere to them while others don't. So if a team won it do so despite those fans that didn't adhere to their rituals and if a team lost, it was despite a portion of the fan base following their rituals - in short it doesn't matter.

How about we take one game at a time and put down the crystall balls?

This board isn't capable of that for the most part.
