Looking at who definitely WON'T be there at 16

I think the best way to figure out who WILL be there is to know who definitely WON'T be there at 16.

Here goes... I set it up as to the lowest the player could drop. Granted it's only a small selection but then you can figure out who are the next 6-10 players on the big board. One of them will be there at 16.

Clowney - Won't get past at least 3 to Jacksonville.
Evans - Won't get past 5 to Oakland
Robinson - Won't get past 6 to Atlanta
Bortles - I believe he doesn't get past 8 to Minnesota.
Watkins - Won't get past 10 to Detroit
Ebron - Won't get past 12 to NYG
Donald - Won't get past 14 to Chicago

Guys who I don't think will be there based off talent but don't know for sure/where they'd go
Pryor --- Don't think he gets past St. Louis at 13 if there's no trades. I don't see them taking Manziel.
Matthews - Think he gets taken somewhere in top 10 but don't know to who.
Lewan - Think he gets taken in top 15 but don't know to who.

Someone will pull the trigger on Manziel in the top 13 as well (and potentially after someone trades up to grab him if he slips). All 3 top tackles will go top 10. I think Donald goes top 12.

I don't consider Pryor even remotely likely to be gone. Flip him for Clinton-Dix.

Also don't think Ebron is near a lock to be gone...forgot Mack... I believe there's an 80% chance Beckham is gone.
