The Cowboys are a team that I feel has SB talent, minus one position.

If you look at teams in the past, when free agency and salary cap issues start gobbling up some of your talent, that inevitably happens to all teams, you hopefully have an elite QB and a few others core players that can carry your team until you bring in the next few hidden gems. But the Cowboys do not have that. All these young guys you're cheering for and that are making their marks as elite SB caliber players in their respective positions, are about to start demanding their due. And rightfully so....We will lose many of the players we have now and the rebuilding process begins to crumble some. You even see that with our assistant coaches and other teams are scouting them now.....Well, ok. If you have a top tier QB, you can hopefully manage through that, right? You lose a couple guys here and there, you still got an Rodgers, a Breese, a Brady. The Cowboys have a QB who is still improving, I'll give him that, but he is currently playing on a team that is past him in talent. They carry him, more than he carries the team. Over the next few season, a lot of the names you see for this young Cowboys team will be gone and they will be gone to keep Dak and a few other now household names on the roster.

My point to all this? Enjoy this season, enjoy what we may or may not due against the Rams, because if the Cowboys are hell bent on signing Dak at all costs? This, right now? Is as good as it will get for several seasons going forward. Free agency and cap issues will steal our defense starting next season.

Just win Sat night. Dang, is that too hard to do?

We have plenty of money to keep any player we want
Don’t jump off that bridge yet

Another fan who doesn't understand QB play, leadership or winners. Dak is a winner plain and simple nut haters going to hate, oh well.

Has nothing to do with hating. Love the guy, his skill set is just limited. Period.

How about not looking past Saturday before talking about the potential future that will likely never happen, people crack me up

We have a huge amount of cap space next year. The 2020 and 2021 offseason will be far more stressful than this coming one.

Our team next year will be the best one we’ve had in a long time and will be the best for at least several years to come.
