Time to rebuild the OL. No one should be safe besides Martin, because he’s good and Steel, because he’s cheap. McGovern too, but not sure he’s any good. Tryon can be cut, Dallas is in the black on his contract. Is it possible to sign a serviceable and reliable LT? Tough to do. All OL positions should be in play for the draft.

Unfortunately Zeke can’t be cut, his 2022 salary is already fully guaranteed.

Any chance Dallas starts looking for Daks replacement? We are stuck with him for two more seasons but doesn’t have to be more than that.

a serviceable run game would probably fix a lot of issues on how teams are playing us, but like you said we are stuck with Zeke.

i do not under stand the cap good but is there any way the cowboys can trade dak some where and trade for russ wilson lol

One of the highest paid RB's and only has a few 100 yard rushing games all season. I don't know what they were thinking.

why?
this season isn't over.
still division champs.
still in play-offs.
this game changes nothing but seedings.
..we probably had to play 3 games no matter what. The book still not in, no chapters.

Oh its over, they can't beat good teams, it's sad but it's reality, team won't win

One thing I know we need to do THIS year is stop calling running plays which depend on Shulz to block at the point of attack.

Dak had a no trade clause, so he would need to agree, and doubt anyone is picking up his massive contract right now.

I would always be looking to trade expensive vets. I would stay young and I would go into every draft with a bunch of extra picks. A long term expensive contract would be the exception, not the rule. Reserved for the Zach Martin's and Aaron Donalds of the league.

Started this thread for attention. Lol
Wrong. This is a Cowboys board and this is the topic that interests me currently. There are nice pieces on this team but we are flawed. We have a QB that needs easy reads and only a great running game fixes that. So rebuild the OL the next season, maybe two while the D has cheap contracts. But a replacement for Dak needs to be drafted. Or atleast TRY to replace him. He’s got two more seasons to prove me wrong.

It will be purgatory with Dak until Brady and Rodgers retire. They are so much better than anyone else in the NFC.
