An NFC North scout said "I'll bang the table for [Louisville edge rusher Lorenzo Mauldin] when the time is right."
"He overcame a tough childhood and developed amindset that nothing is going to stop him. He works his butt off and he wants to be great. I'm cheering hard for this kid and I'll bang the table for him when the time is right," the scout said. The 6-foot-4, 240-pounder fell under the radar after dealing with a nagging hamstring injury during the regular season, though some analysts previously believed he had first-round gifts. "Confident and tough with high football character. Gives second effort and doesn't quit on plays," NFL Media draft analyst Lance Zierlein wrote.
