Losing your helmet rule

BTW, what happened to being required to sit out one play after losing your helmet? The Eagles TE lost his twice, then popped it back on and went to the huddle. Nobody said a word???

I watched the game and thinking what a idiot man get a helmet that fits. Funny thing is he slid it on just as easy as it came off. Dallas is going to have a short career if he keeps that helmet.

I think there should always be a penalty if a helmet comes off - either a PF for an opponent wrenching it off or an equipment violation for it not being secure in the first place.
