that was from espn - here's the cowboys list:
OUT:
WR Terry Glenn - Still out for this week's game with a knee injury. Glenn underwent arthroscopic knee surgery on Sept. 13 and the Cowboys are hoping he might be able to return some time near the middle of the season.
DID NOT PRACTICE:
CB Anthony Henry - Missed his first game of the season Monday night with a high-ankle sprain. Henry will likely be questionable, at best, for Sunday's game with the Patriots. Phillips said Henry spent last week in a protective walking boot but didn't sound too encouraged that he would be able to play Sunday against the Patriots.
FULL PARTICIPATION IN PRACTICE:
LB Kevin Burnett - The third-year linebacker suffered a thigh contusion after taking a helmet to his leg late in the third quarter. Burnett did not return but his status for this week's game remains unclear. Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips said, "We'll check and see how he is." Burnett was able to participate in the walk-through although it was without pads and helmets.
S Courtney Brown - The rookie safety has missed the last two weeks with a torn biceps injury but was able to practice in the walk-through. He might not be ready to return for Thursday's practice.
S Keith Davis - Has missed two games with a shoulder/pectoral injury. Wade Phillips said he has heard Davis proclaiming he will play this week against the Patriots, and added "He wasn't saying that last week." So Phillips acknowledged that Davis is improving and hopes to get him back on the field this Sunday. Davis is considered the team's best special teams player over the last three years and the Cowboys have given up a punt and kickoff for a touchdown the last two weeks.
LB Oliver Hoyte - Has now missed three straight games with a neck injury. Wade Phillips said Hoyte is "progressing" but didn't list his status for this week's game. Hoyte was able to participate in the walk-through.
