I wanted Dak in the draft. He was my fav qb. Happy as heck we got him. I love Romo. Most of all I love the Cowboys. Growing up in a Texas home with a step father who was a Johnny U and a devout Colts fan I was always a Cowboys fan for that reason alone. Lost to the Colts in our first SB to the Colts. Been a fan ever since. I got onboard in a sb loss. Rare! I am a born and raised Texan, I have spent over, 13 years in WV Graduated 2 kids in Brooke County and been married to 2 WV women and married into a Browns and Steeler family. But I am a loyal Cowboys fan. Randy Moss gave the Brooke Bruins fits with triple coverage in the championship game on Wheeling Island back in the day. I saw the doc and now understand his Rand U. intro fully.

Ha, Ive always thought if you cant get your kids to root for your team theres a problem. I know they often do the trendy thing but when they do become faithful to one team it should be Dads team. Which is why I began luring mine to the man cave with food. Totally works, they love the Cowboys now lol.

I was also excited to get Dak. He wasnt my top prospect but where they took him I was thrilled. Was listening to Talking Cowboys or The Break the other day and I loved hearing about Dak. They said after practice hes always asking Linehan for more reps, he wants to run a couple more plays and so on. Preseason is preseason but you cant dismiss his poise and his work ethic. Hes gonna be a player and we are real lucky things worked out how they did.
