I like how the guy is probably wearing a Parsons jersey but looks a little like Cole Beasley who wore 11 before Parsons.

While we're at it, I was a little disappointed that @DakPrescott and @ZekeElliott just walked past me at the game without tossing a sealed wad of $5K at me on the way into the locker room. No biggie though. I'll cope.

I have never, and will never, understand what people get out a scribbled signature from a famous person. Even when I was young, I had no interest in that.

I saw Dez last week at a pizza place. He walked out with his friend right past us and, and I just say said, "Hey guys, hey Dez." He said, "Hey man, how are y'all" with a smile and a nod.

I wish everybody would just keep it simple like that so celebrities didn't have to live like hermits and undercover agents.

I think it's hilarious you even said anything at all.

People obviously do it for the same reason you did, for the interaction, for the memory, hence why it's called sports memorabilia.

What did Dez say?

Hey, there, how's it going, Erod?

I see players, or any famous person, and say nada unless I'm interacting with them at work, which I've had to do several times.

They get no different treatment from me.

Entitled? . . . who even uses this word

Entitled is what someone does when there are tens of thousands of people and you think you're kid is special enough to get an autograph to the point you get on social media and call them out, persuade them with visuals of your daughter holding a sign with your number.

It's a lowlife way to get an autograph, and I'm kinda glad Micah did it that way, because he's letting him be seen by replying.

At the end of the day, they're simply people too. Fans don't have to pester them to be fans of the game.

Hopefully Parsons followed him so the guy can DM him.

Man a autograph is a privilege….you ask for it and if they don’t give it to you oh well. Taking it to social media and @ing them makes these type of fans look entitled….

He walked right past us, and we were the only 4 people in the place. So I would have felt awkward saying nothing.

I'm friendly like that with everybody, but I just know his name, so I used it. But I would never ask for a selfie or autgraph. That's weird to me.

I've ridden on planes next to celebrities many times. Sometimes chat a lot, sometimes just a hello. Always use their name, but never beat them up with questions about them.

Let them know you know who they are, but in a way that says you're not overwhelmed by their fame, and you're not creepy. I think they appreciate that. They end up initiating conversation with you instead.

Lot of grumpy people in this thread. lol

Now that you say it. I probably seem a bit grumpy. I just put myself in their shoes. After a while, being famous would kind of suck because you just want to do your thing without having to respond to people you don't really know.
