When Shannahan was in Denver, ex-Cowboys were popular with the Broncos.

Broncos may have interest in Flozell Adams

4/28/2010 8:05:27 PM

Michael Lombardi of the NFL Network reports the Denver Broncos may show interest in unrestricted free-agent offensive tackle Flozell Adams due to Ryan Clady's knee injury. Adams was released by the Cowboys earlier this month.

Because the tendon was only 50 percent torn, Clady is expected to be out for three months and will be able to play again in four months, meaning he will likely miss the entire preseason. The Broncos are hopeful he will be ready for the season opening game in Jacksonville on September 12th.

Wonder if its a partial tear or complete.

denver radio is reporting a 50 percent tear.

Clady is aiming for a 3 month rehab, but it doens't sound like that will happen and they will need a tackle at the very least for all of the preseason.

But, they have a good right tackle(but he is coming off a major injury too) already and they just drafted Zane Beadles in the 2nd, they may be okay.

playing BASKETBALL? What an idiot....seriously. When he heals I hope he can still do other smart things off the field. Like Bungee jumping, motocross and of course: sky diving.

With rehab, strength and stamina conditioning, there is no way he will be ready to start the season. October at best and he will not be 100%.
