I imagines if you go to one of the jets board, you'll find out.
www.jetsconfidential.com is one and I'm sure there's another to check out.
Nah, not volunteering. Just knew there was one where you might be able to find some info. There's another one, but I can't think of it off the top of my head.ABQCOWBOY said:Perhaps I should have waited.
As for the Jets board, I don't agree. However, if it's volunteering you doing here, I will be happy to take you up on it.

BTW, the wait comment was a joke. Forgot the smiley.

Some are talking about Vinny's tendency to make bone head decisions (we know something about that ) and lack of mobility. Those are the folks say the season is over. The majority hope that they can get something going in a division that looks a bit injured and vulnerable right now.
P.S. WoodysGirl, it's good to see you back.

But I don't have to.
I pretty much know that the Vinny Faithful still foolishly believes he is the QB he was in 98, and the Vinny Haters are cursing the darkness that's HE'S BACK AGAIN. LOL
I will put my two cents in tho....
and that is Herm might as well scouting Mr Leinart seriously right now. Bollinger is a joke and Vinny, well, God bless him, but he's just one year older.
What ticks me off was poor Chad was rushed back last year for the tail end of the season and not allowed to heal, OR have his surgery right away. And apparently those folks who maintained he never should have started throwing this summer were right. The only important thing now is Penny's career, imo. This second rotator cuff tear may be insurmountable and if so, that's a damn shame. He should have been given a full year to recover, perhaps. I don't know. He has been overworking that arm for years, trying to build strength.
Fielder..what a dufus...for him, no sympathy. A handful of plays and HE's hurt again. They must be laughing their arses off in Miami.
I doubt the Jets D can keep the team competitive enough to mount a playoff bid now.
ABQCOWBOY said:And this is why I ask you.
I really can not agrue a thing. Nice sumation and thank you.
You know, now might be a real good time for the Jets to start talking to San Diego about one of there two QBs.
LaTunaNostra said:Folks are talking about Rivers/Brees, but who knows if there is any fire behind the smoke.
The Penny thing is just heartbreaking, tho. This is a section from Ken Berger's Newsday article today.
For Chad, fourth & long way back
Doctors skeptical about Pennington’s future as quarterback

Herman Edwards and Chad Pennington always meet privately on Tuesday nights for a heart-to-heart talk, like a father speaking to his son.
This week it happened on Monday, when they sat in Edwards' office and had their most difficult conversation yet. Both men understood the uncertainty of the road ahead.
Distraught over the team's diagnosis that he tore his right rotator cuff for the second time in 10 months, Pennington broke down and cried upon seeing his coach. Sobbing and shaking, Pennington fell into Edwards' embrace.
The coach, the father, cried, too - a long, hard cry that embodied the anguish both of them felt. At only 29, one year removed from receiving the richest contract in Jets history, Pennington was facing the very real possibility that his career might be over.
