I noticed the dude making plays this season. He had 14 tackles today, 9 solos. Do you try to resign him long term? You have to consider it at this point.

Not against it but I doubt they do. Clark is probably the long term answer for 1 LB spot and they probably draft one fairly high this year. Too many other guys to pay and LVE probably gets more money elsewhere. I’d love to see him give Dallas a hometown discount, I just don’t know if he would.

I don't know what his future holds, but he's been playing well. If you say he's not you're holding onto a play or 2 where he filled the wrong gap which every player does from time to time.

Eh, no he's not. How can you even say that? There is zero evidence of him being an "answer". LVE is in fact a high quality All-Pro type LB. Nothing against Clark, and he may very well succeed someday, but he hasn't even made one play in his career. I too hope LVE stays.

LVE played well today! He made contact within 2-3 yards of the LOS a lot today. This really helped the D.

LVE was showing up at the end of last year too.

He's a good LB now, but I doubt we resign unless he comes real cheap again.
Pencil Clark in as another starter next year. We're not gonna pay LVE free agent starter money next year.
