PFF is a joke, but I agree we need much better LB play. Good signing by the coaching staff to bring in Rashaan Evans. Need much better play from our LB crew. Overshown getting hurt definitely has hurt our Defense.

I like Bell. There are some games he’s going to excel in. Some his size will hinder him.

LVE is definitely replaceable, Bell isnt that guy full time though. No matter how much they talk him up as playing bigger than his size its inevitable that some team is going to consistently come down hill and target him, its tough to expect a guy that size to consistently win while giving up 100 lbs.

next year... LB Marco Olivas out of Lafayette College (from Ft Worth). Kid has speed & burst, good ball instincts. He's a good pass rusher and good against the run. I see him as a faster LVE. Might be the best ILB in the Patriot League

I thought so too but then why was he available? 27 year old linebacker and even the Eagles gave up on him almost immediately.
