LVE's performance last night

He's the next entitled brat who needs to be run out of town.

I don't think LVE is an entitled brat. He just doesn't fit with our current D where having speed is a must.

Besides it's not his fault that the Cowboys gambled on him and they lost. He should not have been taken in the first round in the first place.

He did play with Jaylon for quite awhile and you know how they say "Bad association spoils useful habits"

LVE hasn’t been great, but he’s not as bad y’all are making it.

Main thing he is missing that the entire D has is speed. That’s why he looks so bad. Lol.

The guy did a great job of building up his body to protect himself but unfortunately has lost mobility

Not enough sacks, LVE is terrible. I guess those are some of the reasons that he Cowboys are 1-7.

Wait a minute, I was looking in the mirror. They are actually 7-1.

he took his own advice, "lve chill, you can't make any of the tackles" chill bro.

Green bay need another lb, the last one isn't even playing anymore

looks he just player with cox out we need him and as long as jerry doesn't pay him like he did with JS, im ok with riding this out..Parsons makes most LBs look slow and bad , hes special read, react , blow up plays..hes special; LVE is just player..
Did we make the smart decision not to pick up his option year?

LVE looks as lost out there as Jaylon did. This is bad and we trashed Jaylon for bad play LVE should receive the same treatment.

Are we going to talk about 55 dogging it or ignore it because he doesn't swipe?

This is a really bad thread and bad video's analyzed by people who don't know what the hell they're talking about.

On the 2nd video:

LVE did over pursue but he pushes the play back to the inside, so he does his job there. That's Micah's tackle to make but he slid backdoor and took himself out of the play.
That's what the coaches will tell Micah in the film room, it was his tackle to make

It's pretty eye opening to see that first clip and how quickly Parsons recognized and responded to the play in relation to LVE.

Do you have any idea what you're talking about? That was his man..LVE was playing the TE #35...re-watch the play...these people are idiots

Do you realize that Micah has #30? and LVE has #35 the TE?

Both did their job on Video #1

Micah missed the tackle and created a big hole by going backdoor on Video #2

LVE lost his aggressive nature with the onset of his neck problems. :(

I expect that tendency to continue throughout his remaining career.

I think this year may become his last one with the Dallas Cowboys! o_O

I was reading and the ‘approximate’ length of careers after spinal surgeries, is about 3 years for NFL players. This didn’t just included fusions but other surgeries for things like herniated disks. The articles were written by spinal surgeons and those vested in the process, but they also don’t qualify what three year career means. For example one in 2014-2015 used Peyton Manning as a success story, but then the deterioration happened rapidly. So a 2-3 year career can mean many things, including being a roster but on the bench.

Even if we take 3 years as a gage with LVE, that’s 2 more years of what is clearly below average play for a young guy.
