He really outperformed my expectations, but that probably had more to do with McDaniel. He reminds of Colt McCoy.

That was early in the year. Chinks started showing in the armor, and by the last 6 games he'd been rendered harmless.

Colt McCoy, good comp. Just doesn't quite have the arm. Mac also does not have the arm to hit those ultra necessary bullet outs.

I'm impressed with the kid. I think he's got the right demeanor with enough talent to be successful. That long TD right after the Diggs Int this year showed some poise and grit. Gregory almost rendered him unconscious that same game.

Which is pretty much the guys listed in the OP. He does nothing well. He isn't terrible but he is not winning any big games when you need him to do a lot.

There is not that much difference between Matt Moore and Kirk Cousins. They are the same type QB, w/ Kirk being the upside.

Mac Jones is exactly what Bill B wants. A QB who works well within the system. He wants to run the ball well and play tight defense. Hell, they made the playoffs this year with him so I think it was a great selection. He performed much better than Lawrence, Wilson, etc.
