So, I have a macbook and the internal keyboard and trackpad is not working. I don't want to replace it myself, but I did buy the new keyboard/trackpad and the computer works great with an external keyboard and mouse connected. Do any of you think it could be something other than a hardware issue? I'm at a loss in terms of trouble shooting.
