Machota: No more competition at LT

...I knew this guy, had the chops. Just matter of coaching him.

Guyton's issue has always pretty much been a lack of reps to make fundamentals routine. When he loses, he's just thinking and slow.

He has to stay healthy.

He has playing around league average when he went down last year. Beginning of the year was rough. Its looking he has been buddying around with Booker and Smith in the offseason.

I think Guyton should play snaps against other preseason 2nd teamers and such. For the reps and the confidence to go into the season.

Burns is a handful by himself.Camp reports are Carter is giving Thomas all he can handle and then some at NYG camp. Thomas is a slghtly better OT than Guyton. Slightly. Then they got Thibodeaux too.

So with this said, I think Guyton could benefit from all the pre season reps he can get to be honest, so that he can be as ready for the opener as possible.

Not when you're dealing with someone as talented as Tyler Guyton.
I should be forgiven for not seeing it for myself.

Those two back-to-back Pro Bowl nods blinded me to the real truth. :(

I'm blaming you-know-who for not tinting those windows!

Oh we can all stop talking, or a least worry about LT. Thanks Jerry and co.!

Nate Thomas has tremendous power but his feet are slow. A move to guard is probably his best spot moving forward.
