when you go to play an online game, you dont even have to play it, it will say something like "blah your roster is out dated, you must download the newest roster to continue playing online" and you click ok, and it downloads...TADA! almost as easy as pie

Ya it does cost extra. It's definatly worth the extra cash though.

Although I wish they did updates more frequently. I believe there's been a total of one update.

i play xbox live and i havent gotten any updates expect for the one back in sept. it doesnt give me the option for newer ones

You could purchase a Pro Action Replay for X-Box. Flash the rosters to the memory card, and load them onto your X-Box HD.

buy it for pc folks. The roster was just updated about two weeks ago again.

I have only played about 15 games this year, but they have been fun and with the last update they updated romo to an 82
