if you're looking to buy one get one with a HD cause you'll end up buying a HD for it sooner or later anyways. All the live updates and such simply won't fit on a memory card, it's damn near a scam to sell them without it

the type of xbox you get doesn't effect which madden features you get. but as others have sugguested get the xbox with the hdd. in less then a week youll be able to put part of the game to the hdd so you can load/save faster. and yes madden 09 allows you to adjust the attributes

on Madden 2009 does it still have The Player Editor in Player Management?

On XBox Which one is better? The Xbox 360 Arcade then there
Microsoft Xbox 360 Console - 60GB or The one with 20GB?

xbox consoles go from Arcade (no hard drive) to Pro model (formerly with 20gb now with 60 gb) to Elite (120gb).

I sugguest the Elite as you get more hdd space and with netflix coming to Xbox live, the ability to download games, and the ever expanding games it will be useful

The only reason anybody should be buying an Xbox 360, any version, is because PS3 and Wii haven't come out yet. Oh wait, they have. So why is anybody still wasting their time with this box of hardware horror?

Spend the extra money and get a Playstation 3. You won't regret it. Not too mention you'll most likely get a few extra years of life on the end of this current generation that you just won't see with either of the other 2. How many regular XBOX games are still being made? How many Gamecube games are being made? The answer is none, for both. PS2, however, is still being completely endorsed and having games made for them at the same rate as always.

I liked the first Xbox, but I woke up before the 360 was released and realized it really is Sony's game to lose, that Microsoft may just be playing in a game they have no shot of winning in. And now with Nintendo creating it's own new niche, I really don't think MS survives this round and goes the way of Sega Hardware.

If I was you though, I'd go for whichever has been released SINCE the 360 "hardware horrors" have been fixed. And that's if they even have fixed anything yet. Would also look into a cooling unit for your system. A lot of it's problems are related to overheating.

oh hush up fan boy. every system has its flaws. Ive gone threw 0 360 and have bought 2 of them (1 at launch and 1 at the elite launch). I went through 5 ps2's due to the disk drive errors, did that make the ps2 a pos? negative still the best system of that generation.

and dont buy a cooling unit they become lose which zaps the system causing a short in the mb...i refuse to buy one for any of my systems. and they also draw power from the psu which limits the power to the console which creates a struggle which creates slow down in system

i have both systems and to be honest i hardly ever use the PS3 other then as a Blu-ray player.
Xbox live is so much better then PSN that buying a game for PS3 that i could get for the 360 seems pointless, for online gaming the 360 is head and shoulders above the PS3.

I have both as well, but I play both online. I love them both. I just get mad when I have to change the batteries in my Xbox controller.
