Madden NFL 2010 Cover Candidates Announced

There's only a few more days until EA Sports announces the cover athlete for Madden NFL 10. A couple weeks back, they revealed four of the nine candidates for the honor. Now they've released the names of the other five.

Steelers safety Troy Polamalu
Colts quarterback Peyton Manning
Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald
Chiefs quarterback Matt Cassel
Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Ware
Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger
Ravens free safety Ed Reed
Giants running back Brandon Jacobs
Vikings running back Adrian Peterson

The cover athlete will be announced on April 24th at the NFL draft. Madden NFL 10 will be released for PS3, PS2, Xbox 360, Wii and PSP on August 14th.
