Tough to change kicker mud seasin and have it wirk out. My question is why was there not a real comp for the kicking job. Everyone fro the owner, coaches and fans knew Maher was unreliable and would eventyally cost us a game or two. Not saying his kicking cost us the game, but he makes those two today and it might have been different.

They have to cut Maher. He missed twice in critical spots. Even when he makes it, a lot of them are barely inside the upright.

Dan Bailey is 7/8 on the year for Minny...

He's also missed an extra point. How far is that? Oh yeah, 32 yards. Bailey is now up to 79.5% on field goals since 2015.

I'm cool with an upgrade over Maher. But 2015 Dan "Money" Bailey is a distant memory.

Problem is, at this stage, all that's available, are camp legs that couldn't find a gig and released Guys who's level of suckage has been worse than Maher, it's a toss-up as to whether They'd represent an upgrade. Kicker should have been an off-season priority, sadly, it wasn't.
