Is it possible Houston never fell in love with any of the quarterbacks and are loading up for next year. I could see it they’re in the romance. With a new head coach remember believe they have two picks first round picks next year. And I believe they could trade a pick this year into next year and still have a first round pick this year. The class next year at least the first two quarterbacks are much greater

I could see Richardson; its a truly idiotic pick but I could see it. The guy should go late in the 2nd rd but dumber things have happened
Agreed Richardson is this year's Malik Willis. Although in the end Willis got drafted in the right spot despite all the pre-draft hype. Will be interesting to see where Richardson goes.

Let me get this straight...the guy tested better than Cam Newton...with ZERO weapons @ Florida...has a better arm...than Newton...yet people are saying pass???? Just because the guy isn't a finished product...people can't see the upside? I can't think of a player with more upside in recent memory

arguably as bad a QB class as has been seen in years. Definitely not the time to be looking for a franchise guy.

But then you rarely get more than one true franchise QB a year anyway.
Except for last year's class was way worse

that is the problem though, it's virtually all possibility not proven.

Nice comp and reports out of Tennessee indicate they are already over the Willis experiment and looking to move on.

It's one thing to take a shot on a guy in the second and it not work out but to take a shot on a guy with a high draft pick and whiff is devastating.

Levis is wild to me. He initially rose up the rankings (to like #4 QB), then fell and now all of a sudden is the favorite to be #2 overall. WTH?

Cam Newton is not the greatest example one could pick.
Jumungus, Jeff George, the list goes on and on about huge potential but all had warning signs that are not numbers.
As regards Richardson, accuracy is a huge one. Outside of a few exceptions, inaccurate QBs in college are inaccurate QBs in the NFL
anyone falling in love with the underwear olympics on a QB has almost ALWAYS screwed the pooch
