He blows up tomorrow...there's no reason to bring him back next season - NONE.

And from that point forward he becomes a Clipboard guy....that's the harsh reality and truth of the NFL.

Get it done or Get out - you shoulder shrugging schmuck.

Regardless of what happens tomorrow-Flozell WILL be back next year, and Bill P WILL FINALLY revamp the OL.

BTW-what is all this "Let's get Brett Favre" talk about? With our OL, his INT total will SKYROCKET.

Why would Favre come to Dallas anyway?

We used to beat the ***** out of him in the 90's.

He'll probably go to the Jets if he goes anywhere.

I won't say tomorow makes or breaks Bledsoe's career in Dallas, because if we lose we can still win 2 of the next 3 and potentially make the playoffs.

But I will say... if Dallas doesn't make the playoffs this year then Bledsoe shouldn't be the starting QB next year and I don't think he will.

OH REALLY!! I am sure if Henson or Romo tried hard nuff that they could also fumble 2 times and throw 2 picks like Bledsoe did against the Giants.

Really if you look at how Bledsoe has played the last 4 games and if he continues to fade and play like he is now and worse then all Henson might need is that 1 lucky break and Bledsoe will be on the bench like he was when Brady took his job.

yeah, put all the blame on Bledsoe

I think he would do better then Bledsoe. Bledsoe has less mobility then a tree stump. At least Henson is a mobile QB. Hensons lack of game time would be what would hurt him much more then the OL would.

mobility means squat when you can't read a blitz

If we had Favre here instead of Bledsoe we would have a few more wins right now. And yeah even with the OL problems we have Favre would be alot better here then he is in GB.

If we had Favre I think he would be in the top 5 in every passing stat.

If GB releases Favre next year to go with Aaron Rogers I hope and pray to God we dump Bledsoe for Favre.

Favre can carry a football team. With Bledsoe the football team needs to carry him.

might as well, go and root for the Pack

cuz that's as close you're going to get, to seeing him do all the things you salivate over...

FWIW-I read somewhere on Favre's and Bledsoe's INT/pass %. Favre's is much higher.

You know? If, let's say, NE, and NOT the Pack, won that 96 Super Bowl, would Favre be getting a pass for all his INTs? Would Bledsoe be the butt of everyone's jokes? No and Doubtful.

It seems like a Super Bowl can change ANYONE'S career, for the best or worst.

He'll be brought back regardless of how he plays for one reason and one reason alone.. Parcells.

Favre makes his throws and choices so much faster then Bledsoe it is just a laugh

You're right - nobody throws an INT faster than Favre this year. Favre leads the NFL with 21 INTs to go with his 19 TDs. 19/21 for Favre. 17/11 for Drew. Yep. Favre is not a bus driver. He's on rollerskates.

Please stop using FWIW on every damn post. It loses its effectiveness after the 227th time it's used.

Also, remember who the head coach here is. Unless there's another former Parcell's QB available, Bledsoe will be back. And I think he should be, too. He's had a decent year, but his productivity has gone down since the O-line started sucking.

If we fix our O-line, we fix our offense.

Like David Carr has been able to compensate for the Texan's lack of an O-Line?

Before Adams went down, Drew was among the NFCs top 3 QBs - first for several weeks if i remember. Like ZRO said, we fix the OL and Drew CAN take us to the promised land. I do agree Parcells and Bledsoe's fates are twined together, but trust me if we had any sort of running game we would be conference favorites at this point to go to the Super Bowl. Next year, we'll be even better - nobody expected much this season, really.

Give me a break....Have you noticed the difference he has had in protection since the beginning of the season? I imagine you weren't saying this when he was ripping everyone statistically. I really get tired of all the people on this board that are quick to jump off the wagon, when adversity hits.

The problems with the 'O' line are the root of the problems on offense but another problem that hurts Drew's performance is his response to pressure. Did you notice how bad some of the passes that Drew managed to get off cleanly looked? If you pressure Drew enough and sack him a few times, you no longer have to hit him afterwards because his passes (even the short ones) will tend to be off target for the rest of the game. He doesn't respond to pressure well and despite his wonderful arm has to raise the mental level of his game. I have seen this in the last 4 games especialy and I believe it became the most obvious with the Detroit game. Can we discuss this aspect of Drew's game?

I would like to see Drew and our Cowboys know that the blitz is coming and make a team pay. It doesn't have to be a TD pass. Just a pass play that requires good recognition from Drew and our coordinators that will make a team pay for being over aggressive. Also, if the DE's are playing very aggressively, then we need to perfect the screen plays. Drew throws a terrible screen pass so that kills that option but it would be nice if they really put an effort into getting that play down. It would throw the next 2 teams we face for a loss because they will be attacking Drew with no conscience and JJ or MB would eat up yards like hot cakes.

Another thing, if we need our best blockers in the game we should see more Marion Barber in the game more. If he is known for getting the hard yard then let him play more. We can still use JJ but when JJ is not running over a tackler and is being thrown for a loss, then bring in the bruiser back.

While we are on the Packers/Cowboys relationship stuff, Walker could be gone from the Pack. That is one player who I would like even though he had that knee injury.

He is big, strong and fast and he would be a team player because he got rid of Rosenhaus. With Price gone Walker is a FA this Offseason and I would rather have him than a rookie.

Lets go offensive line protecting Drew.

Drew - open it up and sling it.

This is almost a playoff game.

If Parcell's is smart..Bledsoe will be here and he'll use what he's saving on his QB cost to get 2 more o-linemen and TO. If you do that, you'll be talking about Drew Bledsoe being the best qb in Dallas history.
