In a make or break year for Dak and Moore, how is it possible for both having better seasons than previous seasons with one proven starting receiver to start the season?? The last few seasons, very good offenses in the league, especially Superbowl teams had atleast TWO top receivers.

That could be two very good receivers or one very good receiver and a very good TE. But you still have two very good pass catchers.

We only have ONE to start the season with. If Dallas doesn't start off strong against these very solid teams we open the season up with, ALL the blame will go to McCarthy, Dak, and Moore....

But the REAL blame should go to the Jones family for the lack of depth at the receiver position in such a crucial year. McCarthy, Dak, or K. Moore aren't responsible for Cooper and Wilson being gone. They also aren't responsible for NOT bringing in better receiver depth. Thats solely on the Jones family.

Where are yall at with this??

I’m quite confused as to how this is a make or break year for Dak or Kellen?

Anyways this team just spent 4 of their first 5 draft picks on offense. Gallup was a 2nd round pick who just got paid. Lamb was a 1st round talent. They used the franchise tag on their TE, and has an all pro G and T on the roster.

This team has went all out on talent for offense for years now and it didn’t work. More resources are being shifted to the defensive side of the ball, and at some point the offense needs to figure out how to put up points without everything being perfect.

LOL. It's not a make or break year for Dak. He's Dallas's quarterback for many years to come.
Kellen moore is a bum. He has too much scott linehan and jg influence in him.
That's absolutely the BEST discrption I've heard of the great exposed Kellen Moore, eva. :lmao:
We really need to merge all these threads into one again. It's getting a bit tiresome...

Well I haven't seen a thread talking about a make or break season for our coaches and Dak, trying to win games with one receiver in such a crucial year for those particular people so...

Dak will be here for awhile because of his contract and guaranteed money.
As far as Moore is concerned I don't know enough about the inside workings and politics of the front office to know what is going to happen with him.

Jerry Jones and his highly esteemed son, Stephen, took a calculated gamble on Kellen Moore, hoping he would offer an instant solution for the offense. Nevertheless, the fact remains that when you hire a somewhat inexperienced beginner for an OC, you get a youngster whose testing is an ongoing deal.

In terms of that risk being supported by experience, HC, Mike McCarthy will be dutifully charged with supporting Kellen Moore in his attempts to display play calling competence. 2022 will present a season in which the two of them are to produce offensive game plans that make offensive success a reality. Here's wishing them the best of luck. Let's hope the Cowboys' FO supports their cause with astute decisions. Is that asking too much? Let's hope not.

Moore idc what the stats say this guy has no feel for the game and cant script a good offense against better defenses....say what you will about Dak but Kellen sees a Good defense and seems like he gets intimidated and goes into a shell with playcalling and starts running basic concepts and slamming elliott up the gut

Dak isnt going anywhere.....

I disagree....number one offense with injuries to the QB, RBs, OL, Gallup, Cooper......those with a trained eye ca. See that the play calling changed dramatically after the NE game......jmo

Maybe for Moore if the offense fails.

Dak Prescott is here for at least the next two seasons.

I have NO idea why people are so eager to be done with the guy and become the Indianapolis Colts.

Take a close look at their roster vs QB situation....for years now.
