After hearing about his attitude and work ethic, plus being in a position to really shine, I'm going with Mo even though it's extremely early...just a gut feeling.

With his velcro hands he may well be a top 3 in picks this year.

There hasn't been a DB for DROY of the year since Woodson. Not saying it can't happen, but I hope it does.

Yeah it's usually someone who attacks the QB. Since there were no Von Millers or Aldon Smiths in this draft i'd say Mo has a good chance.

Unfortunately, because of the position he plays, it probably won't be Claiborne.

As much as I hate to say it.. Fletcher Cox
I read somewhere earlier that Cox reported to OTA's really out of shape...not sure how true it is

I'll go with Mo as well. When was the last time a Cowboy won the rookie kf the year award?

Emmitt (1990). Before that, TD (1977). Before that Calvin Hill (1969). All OROYs (obviously). Never a DROY.

I was going to say maybe Cox as well. I could also see Kuechly winning.

Dontari Poe or Brockers lol j/k, I got a
feeling Donte Hightower is going to thrive in NE.

Kuechly runs away with it.

He could be the best rookie but I think it'll be hard for him to win it unless he piles up some turnover numbers.

Claiborne has a better shot, IMO.

Same with Cox. He's gonna have to put up some flashy numbers to get it.

I'll go with Nick Perry.

But the question is....if Mo leads the league in picks and a consequence the Cowboys finish near the top in team ints, will we have fans discounting it because too many of them were Mo's?

Upshaw maybe? I mean he's probably full time starter now that Suggs is out.

I see Kuechly mainly because linebackers rack up the tackles and are more noticeable on every play. I would love to see Mo win it though. Mo definitely has as good a chance as any DB has especially considering the eye that will be watching our secondary this year. If it turns around significantly and we make the playoffs we could very well see Mo get a lot of credit at the DB position.

I don't think it will be Claiborne because CB's have such a big learning curve, rarely do they come in and just get immediately acclimated.

I thought Kuechly, but won't he be playing WILL now that Beason is healthy?

Then I thought Cox but the Eagles have such a deep D-line he might not be playing quite enough.

Then I thought Gilmore, nahh.

Doubt Brockers.

Chandler Jones?

Coples? Ingram?

I think Harrison Smith could be a surprise.

I think it's Cox or Kuechly if I had to bet right no, they'll both have plenty of good players and coaches to learn from as well.
